We are here to help support the operational and/or technical side of your retail bike store. From setting up your point-of-sale, advertising your products and services or training bike mechanics, we are here to share best practices that will ensure your store is running efficiently and effectively.

Lightspeed eCom Training and Support
Available November - February
You and/or your staff will be responsible for the majority of the data entry with support on how to set up each SKU.

Up to 10 hours of support (including training).

We will load core Pedego SKU’s while training your staff to do the data entry so they can upload other SKU’s as you require

We will build a Matrix for items that come in different sizes/colours and help configure website templates, while training your staff

Google Marketplace support/training
Available November - February
You must have your Lightspeed eCom set up. You and your staff will be responsible for the majority of the data entry.
Velo West will:

Assist in the set-up of feeds to Google Marketplace with training on how to maintain the listings.

Full Service Lightspeed eCom Setup with training support
Available November - February
Requiring full access to your Lightspeed and Google merchant accounts, Velo West, will set up your Lightspeed eCom and your Google Marketplace. We will provide up to 3 hours of virtual training for you and/or your staff to maintain the listings.

Includes core Pedego items and up to 250 more SKU’s. Velo West can offer suggestions on which items are best to feature in your online store.
